They don't have the best graphics but they are amazing.

And what about a game with the best graphics in history, but the objective is to fall down and dodge like.. I don't know... a plane in flight, it would be plain pathetic, although graphics are important, I choose gameplay over them anyday..

It's going to play shaky if you have shaky hands period. There is going to be The Conduit like settings so you should be able to decrease you sensitivity if you don't want the game to track every single slight movement of your wrist.
