Your such a nob, I was the one cutting the clamp also it was my car. this happened outside the house I was renting, Dublin city council would not give me a parking permit until I was living at the residence at least 3 months, also less of the bad Language it makes you sound like you where dropped on your head as a child.

Clamping works in keeping parking spaces available for their intended use. They are effective.

He told me that if you can get the clamp off and into your boot of you car then it automatically becomes your property. I think he had an incident so he looked into it. Not really sure on details.
I would also add that it is high time that the people stood up for themselves. The formation of communities looking out for each other, conducting monthly/quarterly meetings would eradicate situations like this. The Police would be more respectful of the Public and Councils would think twice about allowing bureaucratic stipulations to be enforced. Our Government, Local and National depend on their ability to divide and conquer the community. Take that away from them and they become impotent.

Having power tools and knowing how a clamp works, help's a lot in-removing a clamp. It's kinda funny how the pad lock (which cost about 5 to 15 dollars, give or take) was the only thing they had to remove (besides the clamp itself.)

That parking space is not yours. The owner has the right compensated for you using it without permission; he paid for it and is paying taxes on it. What gives you the right to deprive the owner the right to do what he wants with it?
