If anyone thinks this ride hurts it's probably bc ur not sitting the right way....if u r leaning forward and bending ur head down, then it's going to hurt but if u sit back like it says on the INSTRUCTIONS(located on in front of u on the car) u won't have this problem...trust me....

The new Texas giant is gonna have a steel track. El torro has a wooden track but they are pre fabricated which is why it's smooth.

First class video of El Toro You did a fine job holding the camera steady. I know this is a wild coaster but its actually quite smooth compared to a lot of other {if not most} wooden coasters that were built over 10 to 12 years ago. But it still takes a lot of guts to hold a camera while riding this beast.

Yes El Toro is definitly the best ride a Six-flags to me, wooden coasters are an entirely different beast than the smooth tubular jobs, on them you get a real sense of motion and they're a lot more violent.

Indeed, the person I was with jabbed me in the side and said look, and to the left you saw the first drop and then you get scared. Even though it tops out at 70mph it seems a lot faster with the wooden gridwork zipping by!
