Ugh, noobs would only think these guys are good because they can to flips, but these guys suck, they look like guys that mtv decided hey you guys are gymnasts so we're going to get you guys to try training parkour a little bit and then film you. But they film them while they clearly haven't practised enough because their parkour techhniques were so sloppy, uncontrolled, and not fluent what so ever. And i'm pretty sure when they rolled they did gymnastics rolls instead of pk rolls, not safe.

This is Parkour, some people just like to add some flips for the fun but it doesnt make it less parkourish(?) anyway the basics are the same in both pk and this other thing called freerunning, it means that you move from A to B as fast and agile as possible. Some people make it more interesting by adding some cool flips to it but it doenst make it freerunning, in my opinion freerunning is parkour and there is no sucha thing called freerunning. Some random idiot just felt like naming it freerunin

Heh ten parking daje dużo wspomnień z lata 2009 roku na treningach z kolegami. Ale co do filmiku nieźle skaczą. I STFilmy parkour z materacami też można się z tego śmiać ale jakby spadli to co by było pomyślałeś to bardzo duża wysokość :/
