To be Don of NYC you have to complete all execution styles except for one, own all safehouses, 28 safes cracked, all business and rackets extorted and if you're lucky you'll recieve a phone call which gives you a new objective "Go to the hotel Alioto for an important meeting." That's how you reach the rank. You may also rob some banks as well to make it work.
