God, this is how F.E.A.R. is done. F.E.A.R. 2 and 3 thought making cans fall over was enough. Plus the textures and level designs in the original game are so grungy and industrial and claustrophobic. I cry sometimes when I think how they have messed it up. I cry when I think that to replicate the awesome atmosphere of F.E.A.R. 1 would be impossible with improved graphics.

Yes Sir, new generation indeed. One in which people can no longer spell generation. If a developer wants to make a completely different game thats fine, but they should make sure they are makng a completely different game. As in not a sequel. So that they don't piss off old players.

I wouldn't be nearly as pissed if they had ditched the old characters and made up new ones, just keeping the game in the same universe (i.e. Portal).
