It is illegal to break the law right? So, do not break the law, do not put yourself under scrutiny of the small group wanting to control you.
But nothing prevents you to use legal means to protect your business, wealth and future.
Before the money goes to the foundation it gets taxed as YOUR income, because it has to pass to your ownership first, then if the foundation pays you, you would probably get taxed again, and the foundation gets taxed in between. Boy, that sounds smart!
There's nothing in this clip illegal! These techniques are used by fortune 500 companies. How do we know Gino is actually in prison. The powers don't want US citizens to be free. Do your research and quit crying like bitches!!!
Slick talker Gene (as he was then known) tried to sell me his scheme back in 1982. When I read of his conviction I was only surprised that he enjoyed so many years living in freedom. Shame a smart and creative man had to go down that path insrtead of really doing something worthwhile.
@Tubeusercomm I know you replied to my last message but I can't find it. I could tell from your immature reply that you don't understand much of the world. So GE pays nothing in taxes and what does Obama do? He makes the GE chairman the President's Council on Jobs and Competitiveness. If you just read a bit yourself...the internet is a wonderful thing..you would come to understand that it's not just the matter of black and white. The world is effed up. Or just keep being a sheeple.
Eugene "Gino" Casternovia was sentenced in a Florida federal court Monday to seven years in prison for his part in a tax and debt elimination scheme.
He had faced a possible 25-year prison sentence and $750,000 in fines for his role in a complicated scheme involving tax fraud, wire fraud and money laundering, attorneys for the U.S. Department of Justice and Internal Revenue Service said.
The court sentenced Eugene Casternovia to 7 years in prison.
Acting Assistant Attorney General John A. DiCicco of the Justice Department’s Tax Division thanked Trial Attorneys Michael Watling, Adam Hulbig, and Jonathan Marx, as well as paralegal Iris Wright, for their hard work in prosecuting the case. Mr. DiCicco also thanked the team of IRS Special Agents who investigated the case, particularly Stephen Walker and Wendy Kilpatrick, for their efforts.
Some of the PQI vendors, including Casternovia's Southern Oregon Resource Center for Education, or SORCE, sold bogus theories and strategies for tax evasion, the government said. For fees starting at $10,000, prosecutors said, SORCE assisted clients in the creation of a series of sham business entities in the United States and Panama.
“There are consequences for disobeying the laws of our nation. These defendants are now being held accountable for their criminal behavior,” said Victor S. O. Song, Chief, IRS Criminal Investigation. “They helped form a series of sham business entities and then promoted fraudulent debt elimination tactics intended for the sole purpose of concealing income from the IRS. Their tactics were fraudulent. There is no secret formula that can eliminate an individual’s tax obligation.”
A federal has sentenced three of nine promoters of a fraudulent tax-and-debt-elimination scheme to prison terms for their roles in tax fraud, wire fraud and money laundering. Four others were sentenced to prison ranging from 5 to 12 years.

The court sentenced Eugene Casternovia to 7 years in prison and sentenced Arthur Merino to 3 years and 4 months in prison. Mark Lyon, who cooperated with the government and testified at trial, was sentenced to 18 months in prison.
@Tubeusercomm Nice. Yet they let multi billion dollar corporations pay $0 in taxes. Type is GE taxes in Google. How does that work? Instead of taxing the ones they should be taxing, they go after relative small fries instead. Land of the free, home of the braves indeed.
Crooks that sell bogus fed tax schemes should go to prison.
Your fallacy says that since you believe that the tax code is unfair that crooks should be able to sell fraudulent tax schemes and materials. Tell it to the judge.
@Tubeusercomm From what I heard in this video, all this guy is teaching is what the big corporations have been doing forever. Just because he doesn't have all the politicians in his pockets, means that he's a criminal for doing the exact same thing the corporations are doing.
GE paid $0 in taxes...ZERO. The kid working hard at Mcdonald's flipping burgers paid more in taxes than a multibillion dollar corporation. That's fair.
Crooks that sell bogus fed tax schemes to the kids working hard at Mcdonald's flipping burgers should go to prison.
Most likely this flake pays his income taxes.
Your fallacy says that since you believe that the tax code is unfair that crooks should be able to sell fraudulent tax schemes and materials. Tell it to the judge.
dick chenney has done the same thing moving his company to dubi it is not illegal the irs hate people teaching it , and they can bust anyone for tax invasion
When you read the Justice Dept.'s flimsy case against him online, you see that they were mostly pissed at him because he taught his students to legally hide their money from the IRS with Nevada LLC's and Panamanian foundations. They were pissed because they coudn't get to his student's money anymore.
When President Bush signed The USA Patriot Act, Title III: Anti-money-laundering to prevent terrorism describes how to prevent united States of American citizens from doing the things which are described in this video. So be cautious when doing such things everyone.
In his own words in this video, he states that where money and equity land is the big factor. He should of used his own advice - if you make the money here in the U.S., the government wants a piece. The real estate scheme was suspicious to me.
However, the richest people in America DO use offshore trusts, Panamanian foundations and corporations, and LLC's in Nevada and Delaware.
@joba606 yeah, hes a good guy just the victim of an unfortunate circumstance. Your right about reduction versus evasion. He wasn't discussing anything illegal.
@mrpopologuy I know real estate agents that also know this information, this wasnt their core product in their seminars, but ive heard of burying LLC's in trust funds previous to this...Big Brother never wants you to do anything that will give you an upper hand on them, they want people to stay ignorant, and they WILL prosecute anyone they feel is a big enough threat...which is crazy because of america's fight for freedom from britain to only act the same....GREEDY!
do you know the founder members of this country,56 signed this document, and all were tax protesters to include smuglers, why did they do it! then they did the complete oppsite, they taxed the people for the war costs, How the hell else are you going to pay for freedom, Whats next take over a country for there oil, no not USA, But It's not the USA, it's the BIG Companys, Look at the super rich, the 6-8% Just think don't waste time on giving bad RE
Gino's program has been shut down because it was effective and in fact was not a scam. What he did not do was talk about what would be the just alternative to corrupt tax and monetary practices. Avoiding taxation legally or otherwise solves the problem for a few individuals but leaves the rest of us to pay the bills and assume that there is no good way to fund the community. There is a good way to do that through taxation of community created land values but that is another story.
just viewing this, it looks very shady. Making yourself a citizen of "The Republic of Oregon" to avoid Oregon taxes? lmao
