Yes, the new government of Egypt will rip up Camp David and with that, all the bribe money the US sends to Egypt will most likely come to an end.
Egypt has lost tourism dollars and will lose US bribe money; Egypt already has to import half its grain; Egypt will no longer have the money to buy it; hunger and starvation are, at best, three years away.

@SatchmoSings the great right-wing historian Nial Ferguson (a man who I listen intently to) suggests this "Arab spring" is all nonsense/wishful thinking: after all countries with no real democratic framework in the first place will simply revert to anarchy without their "great leader" in charge.Tunisia might survive but as for Libya I'll give it 2 weeks before the rebels start butchering each other.As for Egypt I reckon it's on the slide - the Coptic Christians are already being made scape-goats

@revol148 Mr. Ferguson is correct of course and you don't have to be "right wing" to observe this; at least people like the Poles and Czechs really DID want democratic government; poll after poll shows that the Arabs have no real interest in genuine republicanism.

Quite how kicking out Sallah in Yemen is going to adress(1) high unemployment (2)the water table is running dry:no money for desalination plants(3) the oil is running out - major source of foreign income

@revol148 You could make a better case for removing Mubarak in Egypt since his family insists on its "cut" on many large-enough prosperous businesses.
Who knows, maybe this will actually end so Egyptian "muscle" might finally become a reality.

@HeadofIbis Two points: please consider the career of the former Israeli tourism minister Rehavam Ze'vi - see what he suggested needed to be done to the Palestinians (I passed his memorial on the seafront at Eilat 2 years ago - so sad to see what happened to him!) Also please look at the Samsom option and compare and contrast that with the fantasies of Ahmedinejad (Iran can't even refine Oil - how is it ever going to build a fast breed nuclear reactor!)
