I have two huskies - and if yours chew - talk to your vet - your husky is missing something in his diet - and switching food may be the cure!! Do it quickly before it becomes a habit! Huskies do require a lot of attention but they only chew when they are lacking the proper diet!!!

Nope!! It helps - but you'll need to walk them both - and play a lot!!! Plan to give them 1 solid hour - every day!!! They require HUMAN attention - or they WILL become destructive - digging - or creating "lick wounds" - where they lick the same spot on their body - usualy a lower leg. They will lick this part - all the way to the bone!!! Then you (and they) have real problems!!!

before everyone goes out and gets one make sure to remember that siberian huskies are one of the hardest dogs to maintain because they demand a lot of attention... so make sure you have the time for them

almost all of them are Siberians. i may have counted two malamutes. Mals do not ahve blue eyes and are built as draft and weight dogs. they have a thicker build and heavy weight. Siberians can have any eye,coat or pattern combination and stand 24 inches (average). they usually only weigh between 45-60 pounds and are for smaller light loads over a longer distance.
