When you can buy 5 synthpop CDs for the price of 1, they're all over 10 years ago, all the bands have split up and there's no new synthpop bands on the shelves...THEN you can say synthpop's dead.
And if that ever happens, I'll *still* be trying to record my debut synthpop album :-).
OMG i've been looking for this band, i couldn't remember the name or the album, just had the barest glimmer of a memory dancing in my subconscious teasing me, ended up finding it on some stormingthebase website. I remember an old friend introducing me to this band, and for some odd reason, i ALWAYS forgot the name.
Thanks for uploading this. I electronic music that sounds a tad dated well where the voices are concerned anyway to me they do anyway. I'd recommend anyone listen to the Synthetic Music Collection if they can find it because I've been finding it hard to find and have since kind of given-up so if anyone can point me in the right direction then that would be great as I've only got it in .mp3. Always prefer listening to music in lossless you see of course but YouTube is good for finding artists.
@bwortham10 Not EXACTLY, but yes, I think he does, lol. I've noticed he sometimes sounds like the singer from Cause & Effect, and sometimes he sounds like Brian.
