Probably a neumann, the best omni studio mics for recording! but if you're looking for cheaper and excellent, you shold check the MXL microphones! That's the one I use!

I agree her voice has changed, but right now is better than ever because she can do other type of music and still sounds great. before it was only soft music and it was amazing, but now she still has that kind of songs but also rock songs and differents rythms, so that is why i think is much much better now. love u celine!!!!!!!!!
