The thing I'm loving the most about this project are the new abilities! I like how some COULD be in a Kirby game but for some reason haven't yet (Fan, Mace, Spear) and others that are downright creative (Ring, Heal, Mechanic, Gravity) to the point that I can't wait until the game's finished just so I can see them in action!

I downloaded the demo and it's really great. I love that you can play as the helpers. One question though, that witch at 1:44, isn't she from Kirby 64? I think she flew in the background of two or three levels.

The intro was simply FANTASTIC! I love the self parody on such an iconic Kirby moment.

The game engine your using looks solid, I love the group play system and the ability to 'stack' the characters and fight together. In fact my only real gripe so far is that some of the environments look a tad dull and plain, they could really use more brightness and colour to fit the cheery world Kirby lives in. Other than that this is beyond brilliant and I implore you to continue working on it!

Actually, it's the way we're showing that one species can be a helper for more than one ability. That Keke is the helper for the Clean ability, but becomes a helper for the Beam ability when Kirby throws the ability at it.

When its ability changes, its appearance changes too, but the species stays the same. Of course, this won't apply for every ability on every species. Instead the abilities each species can use are chosen carefully based on what we know about the species.
