At my age I have no particular goals (or delusions) of making much progress, but maintaining what I have is somewhat of a progressions since most are regressing.

I completely agree with olderloverxx - let's see you flex as you progress. You have an incredible AND strong body. You are NO geezer!!!

The injury is an old Cycling Crash injury and I rehabbed it well, but on some exercises it causes discomfort/pain so I adjust to be more comfortable.
These push-up dips also hit my chest better than standard dips due to the angle which I can control via knee bend and body stiffness.
Fantastic man, that is some strength, love to see some more flexing as you progress, hope that injury aint bothering you too much anymore
