Hello, one of my employees was singing this song yesterday, 17 May '11, during work time. I told her that I remember the song when I was still in the Phil. I asked for the singer, but she didn't know. I told her to give me 2-3 min to think. I couldn't believe that I did it in less than 1 min. and I told her that it was Lea Navarro, but we weren't sure at first. When I got home I sat down and open my lap top and google and I was correct. Love this song very much, made me cry. I'm here in Az.

Papa just wanted to acknowledge that, although he composed the melody, si Ernie Dela Pena po ang nag-compose ng lyrics nito:) The original lyrics he composed were in English, and with a different theme. But Papa says that in hindsight, he's just too glad that the record company decided to do a new set of lyrics (yung kay Ernie Dela Pena) that has touched the hearts of many.

In response to avd411 and Cpao2, I really pity Leah Navarro cause she has a misplaced sense of priority. As a matter of fact, she made such a mess of the Jukebox Queens of the Philippines, US Tour Concert (Imelda Papin, Claire de la Fuente and Eva Eugenio) that she was replaced by Fe de los Reyes. There were even two Pinoy stage productions where she was replaced because of her unprofessionalism. In the Alikabok production, produced by Celeste Legaspi, she was replaced by Rachel Alejandro.
