If the word count in the header takes that many keystrokes just to get it up there, and then does not automatically update anyhow, why not just look down at the word count status (as you show at the begging of the video) and type in the word count in the header. DoH!

very helpful and a great tip for writers. I once read about a Mark Twain document that had numbers penciled in in the margin. He would have loved this video!
