I am living the same thing inside(for the past 10-20 years) as you described!!!! But never so clear. i dont think it has anything to do with cloning or dna manipulation, we are containers that contain something, they come to inspect the containers to see if they contain what they r suppose to in the right amount or something like that, whatever the case it is way above our current understanding

@TheComtesse: the most of the predictions are already cleared if we look back to our religious history, there will be a big event that no one will safe except those who worship one GOD with true essence, and ask from him about forgiveness, they will be survive only, the rest of the world will be cleaned up. I propose you all about have look into the Islamic predictions, and you can also compare those predictions with other prophecy religions (with man-modified form like Christianity or Jewish).
