@MarieTheLatias I use Anime Studio 5 (there may be a newer version but I haven't looked.) but I use PowerPoint(2003) to make the scenery and characters

Anime Studio 5 is anywhere from $18 to $50

PowerPoint (2003) is eh, at least $100... then again the way I use it (to the very edge of what it is capable of) it is worth that price...

but anyways you can allays make some other pngs with the free program "Gimp"
