alternatively you could send the email to Runescape_server19@yahoo.com. this is an alternative source that bypasses cerntain failsafes. By using this email, sending more that 5 emails per day will not trigger a red-flag to jagex. Also note that yahoo does not normaly allow people outside of the u.s. to trace IP, but it can be requested by jagex.

it normally takes a couple hours but the server is sometimes slow so it could be up to a couple days
