I never use cheeat codes!!!! only tier 2 weapons because the gun shop NEVER opens and I'm close to the end of the game and still no ammunation, I have to use a cheat code to get guns.

It's always open. There might have been a glitch in your game. I hope you aren't too far into the game. Might have to start all over again. I had a period of time when I couldn't go to the gym, kept on telling me I had already done my days workout. Then it just came good.

On every Island there is one, the Island that is on the top right hand side, there are about 4 ammunation shops. Go to the map and you should see pistol symbols showing where the shops are. That's weird how they are shut for you. They were open from Day 1 I started playing the game.
