Unless its custom made to look like an early bike (which I doubt it because of all of the lighting and emission laws on new bikes) but its not I dont think because the forks are 1948 style or earlier as are alot of the other features on the bike.

its just hard to tell since hardly hasnt redesigned or improved on them since then.

@rfs12345 Sorry you are wrong about that - on that scooter the front end is from ´36 - ´48, and the frame is a ´48 - ´57 ( pre ´48 is a wishbone), the engine sounds like a panhead
