Out of sync. And also, he just seems like a fast drummer just judging by the sound but really all he is doing is bouncing the sticks on the drum heads and each hand moving in random spots. Pluss, just by how the stick bounces very easily and the sound of the drums are very high resembles that the drum heads are very tight with very little flex which helps to "sound fast"
