EA has updated their terms of service for Origin again (which every PC player will have to use). EA has inserted the Sony clause, stating that if you agree to the ToS, you no longer have the right to sue them. Ever.

EA may also install spyware on your computer & harvest whatever data they want, if they misuse that data, you can not sue them (unless you're european), however they can still sue you (for piracy etc)

Do you people even play via HDMI on 1080p TVs? BF games are washed out, grainy and dull. Yes when you play every game in 480p, BF will appear better but it's not. Unless you are playing on PC, Black Ops graphics are 10 X better. Get better TVs! Then maybe you will notice the shitty 30 FPS in BF and the great 60 FPS in all COD games. Find one other console game other than COD that runs at 60 FPS online. BF is trash on console and great on PC. The gaming community will learn this in about a month
