Don't use nexus.. sounds great otherwise... nexus = all pre-made tools its like (noob mode) because all the sounds are pre-made... but other than that man sounds great i'm NOT bashing you just trying to discourage people from using nexus because its like ( no skill )

@DJFrosted Nexus is good in my opinion, I don't use it that much but there was only one instance in this track which was the pads. But what you say there, I don't generally make sounds only use presets so saying that using presets on Sylenth and Zebra is exactly the same as using the built in sounds on Nexus!

@Dymond200 i appreciate your reply however i DO NOT use any sort of preset i make my own sounds... i admit i used to use presets when i was unaware on how to create my own sounds but the was a LONG time ago... also if you are referign to my uploaded videos most of the tracks were released WAYYYY before they were uploaded here....i make my own sounds in sylenth1.... in nexus they are just premade sounds in sylenth1 you can make your owna nd change exsistign ones

Would love to know what where you got the automation called "Fruity Flanger - Mix Level" I myself am trying hard to make a similar flanger effect, but I can't seem to find anything that would control the effect with only one automation..

@Jeepet it's the Flanger plugin on the master channel, then the volume/mix level automated which is what you see in the project :) Just the normal FL Flanger plugin

@nik0o1 its called an Uplifter mate, its just a random sound fx as a wave file from a sample pack. you can make them on sylenth though, with white noise and sidechain it :)

@kevo8t6 Hiya, I wouldn't say FL is better for producing compared to any other DAW, personally yes I would say it's easier for starting off but other people may disagree. For me, the way you structure tracks out is easier to use than other programmes :) I also find Ableton very hard and very fiddly!

Hey dude, Iv noticed that you choose not to pan anything left or right, yet countless top producer say everything should be panned and have its own space in the mix. Whats your take on that?

@djralfhynes Hey mate, yep your right - I totally agree that things should be panned within the mix to create space for the different elements. In this track, there isn't as much panning going on as I didn't feel the need, the percussion is panned within the sequencer itself instead of on the mixer, the bass sounds were already wide and pre panned within the synth, same goes for the pads and main leads. The vox are also panned and the piano is pre-panned to the right depending on the note.
