If you're a middle class couple you have no financial issues and can afford to raise a child, then it's understandable you're pro-life.

If both sides could agree on that part of the issue, a part of the debate would become neutralized. If you (or your wife if male) are against abortion in your own particular case, that's fine and you should have the choice to keep the baby. But not everyone holds your beliefs. If you're a middle class couple you have no financial issues and can afford to raise a child, then it's understandable you're pro-life.

Actually, the child can be killed up to 6 months into the pregnancy. At about that time, he's roughly the size of your forearm. His heart starts beating after about 2 months.
It is as much our concern as any other murder is. The only reason pro-abortionists are so cavalier about murdering the child is because they can't hear him scream for his life as he's being torn from the womb in pieces.

I think this ad was positive in the fact that the Tebow decision came out well. On the other hand I don't think an ad would be authorized in reverse if, the child came out flawed we wouldn't be hearing about it, therein lies the hypocracy. And when has it been the NFL's place to take political agenda into it's arena. Planned Parenthood is pushing to have EXTENSIVE sexual education taught in 4th grade, meaning that the children will learn about the pleasures of sex, and, despite what the wicked right-wing tries to tell them, they are sexual beings.
It's a BRILLIANT move on their part:
Sex + Kids = Mistakes
Sex + Kids + Mistakes = Abortions
Abortions = $
Exploiting the ignorance of youth to take lives and make money = Brilliant.

For once the loud mouth O'Reilly is right. This ad is completetly fine. I'm pro choice for a multitude of reasons. I saw the ad, I liked it. It was cute. Tim Tebow's mother made a tough choice and it worked out well for her. As her fellow Americans we should be happy for her and her son. Have we devolved to the point where we must make everything controversial? Whethere your pro choice or pro life, be happy for the the Tebow family. That's true love between mother and son...

It is important to understand that we have the right to keep our children!!! There are countries that force abortion! This is an excellent ad... It is important that all women are given the information that things can turn out well despite warnings of possible health problems! Did you know there is an organization that performs abortions up to 36 weeks outside of Philadelaphia PA. I believe in life, each individual is responible for their own choice. How can we judge whose life is valuable?

i was about to say the same thing, but you beat me to it. She has no credibility. Her coming on this show and talking about it is the only reason it got all the attention it did. Pro-choice advocates against this ad might as well had put a tally up there for pro-life-ers because they essentially backfired on themselves with their backlash, which i find hilarious.

There are roughly 500,000 abortions each year in the phillipines.
There are doctors and "healers" doing them by the scores each year.

Any country where abortion is illegal, there is going to be a lot of "back alley" abortions. My main point is that no respectable doctor in the Philippines would have told her to get an abortion. As well, the doctors or "healers" that do are subject to jail time also.

The doctor who advised her to abort Tim - who told her it was a "tumor" - was a United States doctor. They weren't overseas at the time.
