(1) he's not lip synching. the video and video soundtrack has separated with time... gone out of sync. older posted youtube vids are like that. see "flypside" videos. (2) he's probably singing but over a recorded soundtrack... like when singers do when they do music videos. in that way, he is lip synching. so YES and NO to lip synching. anyway, i love this song =) pls click like button if you agree -- so everyone can see.
