Well, it's certainly not as easy to induce cancer as it is to induce syphilis or other infectious diseases. However it's not impossible. There are millions of highly cancerogenous substances out there, which will give you cancer if you are exposed to high doses or under a long period of time.

It is possible to give people cancer, you can inject them with live cancer cultures, but they most probably are not doing it, if they were doing that with Castro and Lula and Chavez, then they would all be getting the same kind of cancer.

Well, it's certainly not as easy to induce cancer as it is to induce syphilis or other infectious diseases. However it's not impossible. There are millions of highly cancerogenous substances out there, which will give you cancer if you are exposed to high doses or under a long period of time.
That being said, there's no proof for what Chavez is saying, so I'll take it with a huge grain of salt.
