  • the Rspca probably spent the next few days putting them down. End of the day if people didnt demand mix breed dogs to show off to the neighbours and puppies to goo goo over for 6mths till they get to old puppy farms wouldnt be required. People shit me. At times the rspca shit me also. They dont mind rescuing dogs and cats but show them a horse and its coffee break time. Our local rspca spend so much time grooming and lodging dogs and hardly any saving them.

  • Sorry but I do NOT trust the RSPCA at ALL. And I will only ever get an animal from someone I trust.

  • this just wants to make me adopt all the dogs and give them a doggy mansion for them with 24/7 service :)

  • I don't understand why the dog at the end was lifted by the scruff of the neck?

  • @JutaStokes It dosent hurt them - the mother picks them up by the scruff to transport them when they are pups.

  • @frishcanmishca There's a big difference between a mama dog or cat picking up a baby and a person picking up an adult animal by the scruff of the neck. I just don't see the need for it here, that dog was obviously not aggressive. It just saddens me to see a little dog, desperate for attention, treated so callously. Yes, it's great that they're being rescued, but don't forget that they're individuals, you know?

  • Farming with dogs. It's disgusting, yet no "worse" than what is done to many factory farmed critters. Kudos for shutting it down.

  • Thanks...Thanks Fer Saving Them <33.

  • this should not be happening :( poor puppys

  • those dogs need more improved places to be kept in i think im going to make a $80 donation

  • @cuddleboo909 thank you.

  • @RSPCAAustralia i wanna do more than just hand money over... i have a local shelter for rspca where i live.. its my dream to work with animals and i completed my animal studies, i started the nursing side but pets already have so much love in their lives, its the "under dogs" i wanna work with.... shelter animals need love <3 so im going to volunteer at my local shelter and do what i can for them :)

  • @cuddleboo909 The RSPCA should do far more in improving their own shelters the dogs are kept in with cement floors instead of spending very large amounts of money improving their buildings for staff.

  • Respond to this video... There are a lot of good registered puppy farms who meet all the RSPCA requirements and do well look after their dogs. The problem with all those in shelters are from owners who don't look after their dogs and many who backyard breed their dogs and don't have them desexed. Surely a better way to go would be to bring in compulsary desexing, which would see less in the pounds.

  • I GOT MY DOG FROM THE POUND!!!!! she is the best friend a girl could have!

  • Those poor babies! Watching this video made me want to hold them all and cuddle them. That is no way for animals to live. Yes, the babies are sold and taken to good homes and families but the moms and dads live their whole lives like that. In cement pens with no love or human affection. Breaks my heart!

  • There are many ways to help stop puppy farming. Probably the best and simplest way is to adopt a rescue dog from a local rescue group, or rescue a dog from death row from a local pound.

Never purchase a pet from a pet store. And never spend a cent in pet stores that sell animals.

And why purchase from a breeder when their are so many animals on death row?

Please, adopt, don't buy. If everyone did that there would be no more puppy farms. It really could be that simple.

  • @ericabalmain1010 I've decided not to buy from Pet food shops that have these adoption rackets springing up to foist adult dogs onto us, yet purposely run down pet shops, so they can have more power over the market. I would much prefer to buy a puppy from a registered breeder and bring that dog up as part of a loving family. We get to the stage where we are tired of looking after other people's unwanted dogs. Something should be done about them, not those who love and bring up puppies.

  • the sad part about all that is the with all they have been through they will love us and realy if they dident want anyting to do with us i would not blame them

  • This is in NSW the other video was Victoria. Watch this video before you go to the pet shop to buy a pet. These guys are their suppliers. These dogs never get to see the light of day. They live with their puppies on a wire mesh floor and are confined in a space they can barely turn around in. China is not the only place Animal Cruelty is happening in. Australia has it too.

  • these puppy farms need to be stopped asap the RSPCA is a great organisation that helps these poor helpless animals they do a wonderful job caring for homeless animals

  • that killed me from the inside i love these animals u don't want 2 c this in our country :'(

  • Im about to make a group like this only we go in those puppy farms kill every person in there and take the dogs and give them to good familys

  • ...fuck dog being put dowm

  • @ryandavidkett get your fucking facts right you wee prejudice bastard! The fucking british RSPCA are not fucking murderers! They only put dogs down if they are vicouis or literally un saveable! They wouldn't just go to a puppy farm and say these dogs are going to have to die because they are living in poor conditions would they?! Any way they use a simple injection to put a dog down they don't shoot them with a bolt gun and mush up their brain with a metal rod!

How do I know? I watched my f

  • Sad. I think these farms should be made illegal and people should be told to take dogs from pounds rescue centres ect...

  • Buy from a registered breeder that is a member of your states canine council, these people love thier dogs and they show them to gain recognition and points and they have a vested interest in thier breed, they will also give you registration papers showing the lineage the dog has come from . Pet shops are all about money and whilst people buy from pet shops this sort of thing will keep on happening-

  • i cant watch it anymore!.. thats soo sad.. :'(

  • is this legal??

  • @rhiannon3222 YES it's legal. Puppy farming is an intensive means of farming; similar to battery cage hens, sows, veal calves & many other livestocks. While there has been a decrease in puppy factories across Australia due to economic crisis', there are still many in operation for one main reason alone; CONSUMER DEMAND! Next time you or anybody else goes to purchase a puppy, think twice. Every dollar spent on a pet shop puppy profits the puppy mill it comes from, keeping the mill in business!

  • @rhiannon3222 Not yet. It bloody should be.

  • The world doesn't need more pets. Our human need to have something to love has become somewhat of a curse as we breed more and more animals for pets. It doesn't help that it encourages commercialism...

  • Are there any puppy farms that aren't cruel?

  • Not happy with the way the RSPCA roughly picked up one of the dogs !!!!!!!

note: adult dogs should not be picked up by the scruff

  • the whole idea is disgusting and beleive me it is not the worst HUNTINGDON would burn your eyes out.disgusting excuses of human beings.it's about time it all stopped.

  • Im currently studying to become a Vet Nurse and i have an assignment on animal welfare. Ive chosen to do it on Puppy Mills after reading about it on the RSPCA website. I hope you dont mind that i use this video as apart of my assignment.

  • OH GOD THEY FOUND MY PUPPY FARM!

  • @aceofspades815 You sicken me and many others like me who are repulsed by this type of "breeding". so if you really want to be funny then see how funny it is to go run with a pair of scissors ok? It sure as hell will be funny to the rest of us when you fall :).

  • Puppy mills are a nothing more than sick.

I'm saddened that this still continues and that people that buy pups and kittens from pet shops are completely unaware that it's from these conditions that the pups have come from, there's no space for play they don't get affection...the list goes on.

Thanks to these wonderful people at the RSPCA, they have been saved and found good homes, I'm proud to be voulunteering for such a dedicated and inspirational, foundation, well done guys!

  • remarkable

  • its the rong way to go about raising puppies but its all clean from what i saw

  • @2crazy2beacatlady While this video only shows a few minutes of the seizure, we've left out a lot of the really nasty stuff. It was filthy, smelly, meat left to rot, puppy carcasses in fridges or left in the enclosures with their mothers... definitely not an environment fit for humans or animals.

  • @RSPCAAustralia if you wanted to make a good point you should show what you left out

  • @RSPCA Australia - And are the Australian RSPCA prolific dog murderers like the British RSPCA? Its all good criticising the living conditions of these puppies, but as a human I would sooner live in a slum than be shot in the head with a bolt gun and my brains mashed up with a metal rod. The RSPCA, as a brand, is a name behind a lot of murder.

  • @ryandavidkett

You sir are an idiot, The RSPCA do that under special situations were the dog is unable to be housed or are under significant pain that is unable to be fixed, I truly believe that the murder is committed by those who mistreated the animals previously, the bolt to the head is an instant death and leaves the animal in less pain.

  • @Geordienev - We are talking about penetrating captive bolts here, there is really no need to create a hole in the dogs head and then scoop out its brains. I am not objecting to the death of the animals, but to the means of death; they should be put to sleep in the usual fashion, just like family pets, not "slaughtered" like a pig.

  • @ryandavidkett You're an idiot...

Wouldn't surprise me if your brains were mashed up??

The RSPCA are amazing. They do everything in the best interests of the animals. If the animal is in so much pain that it's like torture for them, they'll put it down. That happens when the disease or sickness cannot be treated and fixed for good.

You obviously have no idea and is ignorant to the fact that people actually want to help these innocent animals.

    Get a brain, yeah?

  • @0HaNnaHrUlz0 - Sounds like you need to learn more about the RSPCA. I am a dog owner, I always have been, I also donate to a dog charity each month. The RSPCA use captive bolt guns to put down animals, the humane way is to use injection. Neither will they take strays from the streets in many circumstances. It's all good you hiding behind an avatar but you know little about the RSPCA, now the PDSA, they ARE worth donating too. Sure they sometimes have to put down animals, but not the cruel way.

  • @ryandavidkett The RSPCA do the best they can. Yes I am a dog owner too and I always have been also. I am also a dog breeder. I don't know where your living but I've researched it and witnessed it so many times, and they are put down by injection.

They also do take strays from the streets..

It is run mainly by donations from the public and volunteers who LOVE animals, and i wonder why volunteers would allow such cruel ways to harm animals if they are there to help? Oh wait, they don't.

  • @0HaNnaHrUlz0 - What do you mean you don't know where I am living? I specifically stated in my first comment that I was referring to the British RSPCA. You know, the comment to which you referred to me as an 'idiot' and 'ignorant'. I specifically stated that I didn't know if the situation was the same in Australia. I have just done some research by the way, RSPCA is a completely different organisation to the British RSPCA. It is unfortunate that they decided to steal the name of a charity which

  • @0HaNnaHrUlz0 - (Continued) uses captive bolt guns. Good on the RSPCA Aus for keeping things humane. They could have thought of their own name though, rather than stealing the name of Britains biggest charity, one which was established 160 years before theirs. Because as a result, they now get tarnished by the bad reputation of the original. Now, am I an idiot for objecting to the use of Captive bolt guns by the British RSPCA? And is it my fault that the aussies couldn't invent a new name?

  • @2crazy2beacatlady These places disgusting, filthy & negligant of the puppies ( & the mums & dads who get left behind) & they treat them like objects because all they care about is $. The breeding dogs (some as young as 10 months) are forced to pump out litter after litter for their entire life until their uteruses fall out or they can no longer produce. They are then euthanized. Why do these places exist when thousands of healthy, beautiful dogs (& cats) are put down every year in our pounds!

  • @2crazy2beacatlady I seen the rest of this place on another video here and its A DISGRACE.

  • I knew this would make me sad :(

  • amazing cause, amazing video, amazing song! Way to go, RSPCA and Daylight for Deadeyes!
