@zingdav depends how you are using the double pedal to cheat. if you have to do 16 note pedaling, its impossible to use 1 foot. if you're using it in a jazz , gospel, latin, funk context to do it then you may be considered cheating

@zingdav Double pedals allow more option for expression, they can do anything a single can do as well as double kicks, triplets and other rudiments at speeds that a single simply cannot acheive, also try flams on the bass drum on a single pedal, oh, you can't! They are indeed fun to use and can be used extremely creatively in ways that obviously you do not even consider let alone have the ability to implement with one foot. Cheap is someone who comments with ignorance as a starting point.

Hey, nice blasts! Have you seen George Kollias? He does blasts like that with single bass drum beats. I don't think the two feet is lame or anything, but one foot is more stunning. I can blast, but I'm still learning these methods. I sound more like Mike Smith than Marco Minneman when I blast. Again, good drumming. I'm sure you're even better now.
