How can this be fake or a balloon?! This is NOT CGI, (I work In CGI and if this is CGI it makes Industrial Light& Magic Redundant!)NOT FAKE and definitely NOT a balloon! How many times have you seen a balloon that looks like a solid metallic disk shape? Balloons don't behave like that! But then again maybe some of you can't tell the difference between a car and a cow on the side of the road! These are not sun glare reflection spots over a metallic surface! There is something really ODD about those misterious light strobe flashes, propulsion system perhaps? reaction of the air molecules to a magnetic field?
When this object spins around you can see it's NOT balloon shaped but flattened as a disk shape!
I have seen plenty of UFO footage but this has to be one the best ones so far!
and the angle of incidence of sun light in this case would not create such strong flashes of white / blue / red / green light! I mean I work with image manipulation & CGI extensively and this does look weird indeed! You should have a video expert analise it and perhaps submit it to be featured on a documentary, hopefully reaching more people so that finally enough of us are aware of what is going on up there!

Did u record this on 15-Oct-2005 around 1400-1800 GMT? If so then its not a UFO. Its 1 of 200 balloons Michelle released. She may have done it again more recently too. Call or email her and show her the video.
Also check with David MacKenzie at Dunblane High School. He released 700 balloons around Apr-2006.

Try contacting Islay House. They'll tell ya' if anybody doing balloon release in Jul of '06. And no not blind. Infinetley familiar with what you'd call a typical UFO & that ain't 1 of 'em. Its loitering way too long in UK airspace (i.e. what was ScATCC(Mil) at RAF Prestwick doing - sleeping?) And is tilting down as if its severed tethered string is causing ballast on that side of it. It is certaintly responding to typical SW-erly winds 4 Stirling. Albeit slowly... Balloons r common there mate!
Hi ufosbri one way you could get an estimate of the size is to shoot say three size cars from about the same distance, say a small reg size car up to a people carrier and then possibly a bus then zoom in and out to see how well the detail is, you would need to get as shape an edge as you did here.
But at that distance you have estimated it to be from your location I would guess its about 5 Meters max
Its not a model plane its about 3 to 5 thousand feet up and at least 3 quarters of a mile away it was sitting there for 5 mins before i got the camera Iv filmed hundreds of objects nothing like that. Chears
I'm about 6 minutes into this & I tend to agree with your assessment. I'm having difficulty estimating what I believe it's size to be but I don't think it's as big as 30 feet.
The way it moves & how the light is being reflected off it does make it appear to look a lot like a plastic R/C model... 8-)

I just Happened to look out of my window saw the ufo in the sky started filming it from my window. then ran out side to film it. the rest is history.

if it followed the wind direction endlessly that would have been important. same as if it suddenly left at speed
