Carine challenged Garrosh to a duel, Garrosh killed Cairne, however the blade was poisioned and kill Carine with just a scratch.

Thrall was angry, the VO in this trailer "Garrosh.. Carine was my brother" was from the Elemental Bonds chain when "RAGE" is shown within Thrall.

Thrall, deep down in rage wants Garrosh to answer for this.

As for the Sea Witch if you're talking about in Warcraft III, then no the Naga in this video is Lady Naz'jar. The Sea Witch you're thinking of is called Zar'jira, she makes her return in Cataclysm and can be experienced through the Troll Starting Area questline.

To be honest this was more a Cataclysm trailer. And sometimes the models were obviously pasted in there. But taking those two factors aside, it simply blew me away.
