  • So stupid lol. Ive lost 20kg (105kg to 85kg) in three months and thats eating six meals a day, and doing no cardio. Just weights and clean eating- high protein. All these fasts are so fuckin stupid. Do you realise how much muscle mass you lose from fasting? And not to mention how much your body's metabolism will slow down.

  • you look much younger here than day 1 of your juice fast. I cannot believe it.. It is as if you went from 35 to 23 in only 30 days. (supposed you didn't cheat with the videos)

  • HELLO,

I THINK 28 DAYS IS GREAT!!! CONGRATS ON THAT! JUST WONDERING HOW MUCH DID YOU LOSE IN THE 28 DAYS? YOU LOOK GREAT! LOVE THE COLLAR BONE!

  • my first day of juciefast! couple more hours till first days complete!

  • Question please! Can I keep the pulp in my "juices" and still lose the same amount of weight as if I juiced them toroughly, no pulp I mean?

  • @BlackWisps Probably. I am drinking a lot of pulp in my juices and I have lost 6 pounds in 3 days. The only thing is, if you're eating pulp from the juice, you might get hungrier than you would if you didn't have the pulp.

  • do you mind me asking, if your at work how is your comfort level when you must excuse yourself, iv been on day 2 of my juice fast and im getting very gassy and very difficult to be around people and im having alot of withdrawal and massive headache, i know its my body's way of getting rid of the junk, any pointers?

  • ok so how many Juices do you drink a day???? Thanks

  • I'm curious...did you lose weight?

  • Wow you look so much like rawrachelrabbit look her chanel up on youtube!

  • can some1 plz outline the differences between a juice fast and a colnol detox plz? i wanna clean all the nastiness in my stomach ect

  • diets like this are not gonna work for long any fast results means the easier it will come back when you stop and some times youll gain more than what you was when you started i do 1500 calories a day and work out 2 to 3 times a day just forget bread and sweets alot of calories that want fill you up

  • You look AMAZING... you gotta stick with it... commitment and determination is key.. been through it myself... even though its really hard..

  • @gold95 I agree with you that I looked amazing here. I have since gained back weight and more! Check out my more recent videos for the updates on how it all went. I am currently making new changes that are working, and I will post videos on that soon.

  • Wow you look great!

    Good goin :)

  • @atlasshrugged2u Thanks for your comment! I agree that I looked great here. I wish I could have kept it off. Check out my other videos!

  • What if I don't want to fast and I simply go all raw? Will this do any good for me and my 50 pounds of over-weight-ness?

  • @RonnyOnBass Totally! There have been many people that have lost tremendous amounts of weight, even reversed diabetes, from gong raw. You just have to make sure that you do your research and do it right.

  • google this and see it is amazing

    (Why do Muslims Fast)

  • Your so darn cute lol, great job on your fast sweety:)

  • @needtolooselots Thanks for the nice comment. Unfortunately my juice fast did not work out long term. See my latest videos for why. But I have made some recent changes that are working for me, and I'll be posting some new videos soon! :-)

  • @wannaberaw Hang in there. The power lies on trying again and again. I'm juicing for 2 weeks, and after that, I will commit to being vegan for good. I'm getting a new grill where I'll be grilling all sorts of vegetables, who says you can't have a vegan BBQ. Since juicing, I really am now getting addicted to vegetables and greens. keep at it!

  • @wannaberaw Hows everything going these days darling, you look stunning!!!

  • yeah i say fast also lol feast, it sounds like your chowing something haha:)

  • I think u look hot here

  • @iron883sport Thanks!

  • I have been on many fasts over the years. My longest was about 2 hours.

  • @sawtoothscrambler PATHETIC.

  • @sawtoothscrambler Awesome. ;-)

  • I dont think drinking juice for a month really solves underlying problems that cause weight gain. Unless you just like to trim down for short periods of time.

  • @badbowtie73 I agree, although I did primarily do the fast for a detox and cleanse. The weight loss is just what is focused on, and what people like to hear more about.

  • I went on the juice diet to. Its called beer and water.

  • @Metalitron12 ;-)

  • You look amazing!

  • @norxcontacts Thanks! It was a great summer. This summer, not as much!

  • raw honesty very good

  • @eysablaze Thanks for the comment!

  • Too much waffle.

  • @whitbyjet65 Hmmm. Nope. Didn't eat any waffles.

  • @wannaberaw Let me put it another way....too much yapping.

  • @whitbyjet65 Yes! I am thorough! :)

  • You're not just slimmer, but you look much more radiant and younger, too, than at the beginning of your fast.

I'm preparing to start my first juice feast, I'm planning to go for 92-100 days.

  • @orszaghaza Did you start your juice feast? How is it going?

  • @wannaberaw Yes I did, I'm on day 31 and feeling great. I've lost 22.5 lbs in the first 30 days (yaaay!). I drink 2 litres of green and ususally 1, sometimes 2 litres of fruit juice a day. I've also started to train for the NYC Marathon (with only 6 wks. left), what I'm planning to run while I'm fasting, (We'll see how it goes)

  • How much weigt did you lost on those 28 days

  • @anabell2222 20 pounds. Although I did it mostly for the purpose of cleansing. The weight loss was a bonus. ;)

  • @anabell2222 I lost about 20 pounds, however I did this for the cleansing effects. The weight loss was a bonus. :)

  • Wow you look so much slimmer than the last video...I know that you gained 45lb since but just by curiosity, how much weight did you lose in 28 days? You did a great job, I know you can do it again!!!

  • Hi. Thanks for the comment. I lost 20 pounds on the 28 day raw juice fast. Thanks for the encouragement!

  • whhhhhhhhhhy would she want to do that again???? starve herself for weeks..then go crazy with food...day after day !

  • @plutoplatters you obviously don't understand the importance and benefit of juice feasting. I just completed a 21 days juice feast and reap amazing benefits. It's not a starvation diet, you drink 1 gallon of juice each day and nurish your body at the cell level, it's very beneficial. It's obvisouly not suitable for everyone. I have been eating mostly raw foods for now 4 years so I can do it and won't binge after that because I already can control my self around food.

  • @plutoplatters I was not starving myself. Because I was drinking up to 4 quarts of fresh, raw juice every day, I felt quite satisfied and had energy. I own a business and take care of my children and didn't have to cut back on any of that. The juice fast was for cleansing purposes.

  • Hello there,

I have to say I reeeeeaaaly liked watching your video, I think your whole way of thinking on fasting and this whole 'experience" is very realistic, I can honestly identify with a lot of things you say. thanks for sharing! Take care

  • Hi! Thanks for the comment! I actually had quite a difficult time transitioning back into eating food again. I have had a difficult past 7 months for many reasons, but I'm ready for a new beginning. I just made a video today explaining what happened after the 28 day juice fast, and my goals for the next 100 days. Check it out! :)

  • I just checked out the second video you poated here and then this one...wow, you can really see the difference! You look younger, healthier, HAPPIER. Congrats lady!!! :))

  • Yup, much happier, healthier.... But I'm sorry to say it didn't last. I had a lot of trouble transitioning back into eating the right foods. Check out my latest video for an update and my new goals!

  • thanks its a great study :)

  • Thank you for your thoughts on this.

    Very interesting!

  • Thanks for watching! I have been rewatching my videos and getting inspired by others' videos as well too. Just wanted to say that I appreciated your comment! Take care!

  • congrats id like to attempt this

  • Thanks! Sorry for 5-month-late reply to your comment! So have you attempted a fast since you posted this? I will be posting another video soon to let everyone know what happened after the fast. Stay tuned!
