I think the referee acted irresponsibly (fear) when he raised Kevin Sullivan's hand a few times as the winner. The referee shouldn't have raised anyone's hand. This match was out of control and the match should have been declared a draw.

Dory would be released, and Humperdink would go to WWE, do a face turn, drop the "Sir," and become the manager of Bam Bam Bigelow, which every heel manager (Jimmy Hart, Johnny Valiant, Bobby Heenan, Mr. Fuji & Slick) had been courting the contract of.
