because there in no glass windows its a third world school. I have been to third world school and it looked nothing like this. there are schools in the Bronx the looks like this.
Third World School? The reason why the buildings and are built that way is for cooling and cross ventilation. If the bricks were closed, the place would be like an oven 24/7. They do not use air-condition in schools so that is the economic way of doing it. What happens if the electricity goes off? If you check out many homes in tropical countries,you would find a layer of open bricks at the top of the walls or some form of construction for ventilation. Don't compare Trinidad to Africa, plse.
