I don't have the same religion as them and I feel that the population in the world is overwhelming for this planet but these people are good, kind people. I just can not see hating or judging someone who as never done any harm to me and I do not see how what they are doing or the way that they are living is affecting anyone else in a negative way.
I also want a similar family life as theirs when I marry but, since I have different spiritual/religious beliefs than them I plan on doing a few things differently... But I want to home-school, have a big family, have a wonderful husband who treats me like a queen and our children like princesses and princes =)

I really like the Duggars for the most part. But since Josie was born it's become "Josie...and the older kids". That can't be good for those other children. When the younger kids, especially those youngest girls, are closer to their older sisters than their own mother then you have a problem. Older sisters are not a replacement for their mother. Having more kids just means more kids will be neglected in favor of #19.

I definitely believe that this is a beautiful family that God has put on television to show the modern family how far we have come from His intent. God wants every child to be born into a loving home, and that is just what they have given each of their blessings. I believe if the health of the mother and baby, the economic stress or the sheer desire to stop adding to the household becomes too much then they should pull back but they are really creating good people with strong morals.

I do not believe in divorce though I do feel that there are legitimate reasons to do so. Divorce in my eyes is still a horrible thing and YES, working it out IS apart of marriage. I really like the Duggars for the most part. But since Josie was born it's become "Josie...and the older kids". That can't be good for those other children. When the younger kids, especially those youngest girls, are closer to their older sisters than their own mother then you have a problem. Older sisters are not a replacement for their mother. Having more kids just means more kids will be neglected in favor of #19.

The US has a fairly high number of maternity deaths - deaths in childbirth and or from pregnancy complications -, not as high as other countries but it's still fairly high.

I definitely believe that this is a beautiful family that God has put on television to show the modern family how far we have come from His intent. God wants every child to be born into a loving home, and that is just what they have given each of their blessings. I believe if the health of the mother and baby, the economic stress or the sheer desire to stop adding to the household becomes too much then they should pull back but they are really creating good people with strong morals.

Kids are a lot of work and they take a lot of time to raise. God is blessing this family with babies. If you belive God's word he makes sweet promises for surrender of your life!

I love this Family! They are so beautiful, Jim Bob and Michelle are amazing Parents, and if they want more kids....Its there choice! and They are Raising there kids, like all kids should be raised, Little TV, Computer..Its just Making them better People! @sickpainevil im pretty sure u just called urself a mistake here. i for one do believe in God and i look up to the Duggar family as a wonderful example on how to be respectful and loving to everyone. i do not agree with all of their rules for their children and whatnot, but at least they dont expect nor let the government and the tax payers to pay for and raise their children. those kids are well-behaved and have self respect and respect for others. something that obviously YOU dont have.
