Blackhawk must live near Chicago, because he pops up on my searches ALL THE TIME. I play him every chance I can get, and that guy has running away down TO AN ART. He literally does nothing but jump backwards and throw fireballs, with the occasional low forward or step kick. He also has this amazing ability to hit random shoryus. I've beaten him a bunch of times and lost to him a bunch of times. He abuses the online system to its fullest. A total scrub.
