The problem with this album and pos stuff is that it's really touchy stuff and not everyone is going to think the same way. It's just the way it is. Forget countries, but, what happened to mankind. We're all still the same even if we are black, white, brown, blue, whatever. The point that I get from pos works is that I can make things better than this. I look around and see people gossiping and back-biting and all that jazz and all I want is my peace of mind.

Daniel, Daniel, as much as I love Pain of Salvation (they're definitely my favorite band out there along with Opeth), Scarsick truly falls way short of the mark in terms of being the best out there, especially for a PoS record. I've listened to Scarsick twice and not put it on again since. I loved Perfect Element (not my favorite PoS album, but close) and was hoping to have a record that went in the same direction, instead Scarsick lacks the musical depth of previous PoS records.

So glad to read some of the comments. Honestly, I have no idea what happened to PoS, or to Daniel for that matter. Somehow I got used to Scarsick, even began to like some parts of it, and then I hear it's supposed to be TPE 2 :( Forgive me, but that's sacrilege.

As for Daniel, I knew him as the kindest person in he whole world. I can't get over seeing him like this. It's awfully sad... Well, I guess when everyone tells you you're a genius so long and so often, it has to take its toll.

No energie no nothing, I mean they played well but there was no feeling of beeing on a live concert.
