  • Really nice how you make a terrain! I like the rock terrains and houses. SO much details

  • Ah yes there was quite some talk about how those pieces would come together best. I don't think height was the trouble then, but there was one of those pipe walls crossing the street was well back then, making the overpass pointless.

I was wondering how it would end up, and I have to say it looks very good. all the pipes end up going underground at some point so you it gives the suggestion that more is going on under there.

  • how do you paint your rust effetcts?

  • @skarnir In this case, I used weathering powders.

  • or smash threw it XD

  • seems like maybe you could use a buildup of flock/dust around the edges of some of walls where they meet the ground. overall i think it looks pretty good, but that might help integrate the building pieces with the table surface (could add some more color variation also). Im a big fan off small accents of mossy buildup too, but I dunno if you wanna do all that

  • @chicophi220 I stayed away from foliage (flock and moss) as they feel a little too 'living' for the wasteland feel of the set. Perhaps adding some really 'dead' colors would be the right feel. At this point however, a significant amount of time has been invested in the set and I am hesitant to add more unless specifically requested by the customer. Its a great observation though.

  • i wish i could afford some of your terrain

  • looks sweet
