Hmmm...with this patent you cannot achieve an acceptable Ug-Value and therefore acceptable thermal insulation level. Unless, if the non-tinted glass is a double glazing unit (DGU) in other words an insulating glazing unit (IGU). With this patent you might achieve the desired solar control level regarding the season.
