Something cool we did for our basketball players was walking out with the band at their hips-then drop stepping and then two hand passing increasing the distance on the passes up to 30 seconds. Then drop step the other foot and pass in the other direction. It's a great finisher on our workout. Kids are loving the bands. I have my projector in our weightroom and have showed your video's to assist us. I really appreciate your expertise!

By the way, why where elbow pads? Thought that bands are easier on the joints?? Or is it from previous weight lifting?
