  • damn you're like a walking pharmacy!

  • 1500 !!! WTF lol

that would be wayyyyyyy below your resting metabolic rate

im sure there would be alot of muscle loss with a caloric deficit like that

i mean im 17 and only weigh 164lb's and im cutting with 1850 lol

  • im cutting on 1200, it works out 2.0lbs loss per week. I will be losing a lot of muscle mass but i want to cut my fat down to 4%

Everyone is different- as long as your keeping healthy and not popping 1000000 pills like this fool

  • how much do you weigh, like 40kg's ?

if not than your completely wasting your time because being in a caloric deficit like that will completely fuck your healthy balance of hormones. youll start becoming leptin and insulin resistant, and your cortisol with be through the fucking roof ...and you know what that means

as soon as you start eating again due to the fact that your in a state of starvation all those calories will go straight to fat YO YO DIETING BAD IDEA

  • your actually right, its only been 3 days since i have started cutting but i calculated wrong i am 72kg, 5'9 and 21 years old. I have changed my diet to 1,810per day and that works out as a 1.0 lbs loss per week. I reckon my cortisol levels would be ok at that diet beacuse i go to the gym 6 days a week with one rest day and have little stress. Thanks for correcting me there

  • so how about a update?
