Well your talking about at least 30 % weight advantage with that dixie, hook that 28 hp dixie to my 20 hp 8n ford and see what happens! Then hook a semi-tractor to my 8n ford and watch me lose, weight is crucial, more so than HP , but the dixie has both weight and hp advantage, if it didn't win I'd give it away.
