I'm doing exchange in Germany and cross-cultural dating works, haven't got any reperation sex per say but it might help to mention my jewish heritage next time i make a move. germans do have sex quite a bit i think. the girls are all reasonably good looking and social pressures keep them reasonably thin until they get into their late 20s where the horrible fatty sugary foods, beer and lack of a sport culture has them ballooning.
