You cant call your self a sniper. snipers are meant to sit back far away from combat and kill people from a distance which takes more skill than quickscoping.
Actually as for the whole thing about saying who runs around with a skull on your gun. There is some people that carve pictures and stuff on their guns to identify them like people get tattoos to represent something.

Black ops is all kinda screwed up because of all the patches trying to "fix" stuff all they did was screw it all up that game is all screwed now the sniping is ridiculous the hit detection is a joke. I had a hit marker on a headshot and once got a headshot by hitting the guy in the leg blops was a fail bring on mw3

sniping and quickscoping is fun and challenging. but all you snipers out there that complain about a hardscope kill in any type of game, especially S&D, are stupid. You can't expect a sniper's kills to all be quickscopes. You can see grizz here hard scope for some kills. It's more stupid when it's a 1v1 s&d match and the last 2 are snipers and everyone is watching them for 15 secs seeing who can qs the other one. quick scoping is great, but seriously quit complaining about hard scopes
@tacotwosdays quick scoping is fun but why people complain is the same reason people hate the AWP from Counter strike, the intervention has a much higher power than the other guns and it's the combination of targetting really quickly and the high power of a sniper rifle that pisses people off. personally i've only been able to do it a few times because I wanted to try it.

@cbone1982 somebody's gotten killed by Grizz too many times. by the way, using an automatic weapon in a call of duty game is 5 times easier than running around with an intervention, an l96, or an M40A3. lastly, last time i killed somebody with my intervention, it was this thing you call a 'normal kill.' @excaliberization a sniper rifle is more accurate and powerful then assault rifles and what does it do when u aim down sight improves accuracy so if u aim down sight fast and shoot right away most of time its a kill cuz the shot is going right where u aimed it so how is a automatic weapon 5 times easier, it is easier but not when it takes 3 bullets to kill to 1 for a qs shot 90 percent of the time. Ive had to qs sometimes just cuz im moving and see a guy but i dont just qs to qs

@cbone1982 Headglitching is when you camp behind something so only your head is showing, so when second chance kicks in, you can't shoot them because you can't shoot through a rock. Ya know, like you said.
@busterbrownation you can get shot and fall to the ground and live depending where u get shot u could throw a axe if it was light enough if u practiced how to throw it. hit detection is a problem with the game. u can actually aim pretty fast. go ask the best shooter in the world to show you how fast he is you'd be surprised. some things in the game aren't realistic and how people play it can make things unrealistic.

To be honest all the gamers blackops lost due to non quickscoping , i had 100 friends on ps3 , when b.o came out 70-80 of them were all on b.o , a few days later they were all on mw2 quickscoping because its fun & a challenge . For example, 'competitive sniping' is a huge community on xbox & ps3 ,au,eu,na . Just saying .

sniping and quickscoping is fun and challenging. but all you snipers out there that complain about a hardscope kill in any type of game, especially S&D, are stupid. You can't expect a sniper's kills to all be quickscopes. You can see grizz here hard scope for some kills. It's more stupid when it's a 1v1 s&d match and the last 2 are snipers and everyone is watching them for 15 secs seeing who can qs the other one. quick scoping is great, but seriously quit complaining about hard scopes

@tacotwosdays quick scoping is fun but why people complain is the same reason people hate the AWP from Counter strike, the intervention has a much higher power than the other guns and it's the combination of targetting really quickly and the high power of a sniper rifle that pisses people off. personally i've only been able to do it a few times because I wanted to try it.

@excaliberization a sniper rifle is more accurate and powerful then assault rifles and what does it do when u aim down sight improves accuracy so if u aim down sight fast and shoot right away most of time its a kill cuz the shot is going right where u aimed it so how is a automatic weapon 5 times easier, it is easier but not when it takes 3 bullets to kill to 1 for a qs shot 90 percent of the time. Ive had to qs sometimes just cuz im moving and see a guy but i dont just qs to qs

@schooldancedisaster last stand could happen depending on where your shot and it matters how high the building is if u could live. i like sniping but the thing is i like SNIPING the right way. you would get your ass smoked in real life trying to quick scope. u can get good at it but its not a realistic shot the game engine allows u to do it. noob toobs r straight if they use it the right way not run around with it loaded.

@cbone1982 Lol first Black Ops sucks. Second, I do decent in all game modes, but I CHOOSE to play TDM and FFA because I think they're the most fun. Quickscoping is legit. It's much more fair than camping with Noob Tubes and getting chopper gunners and nukes or boosting. At least we're trying. Finally, I would LOVE for you to "snipe" me with a Python. Get real. @schooldancedisaster no scrub they cap two flags so the game don't end so fast for they can get more kills. the spawn system is horrible in black ops. u spawn and 2 seconds after u move u get killed by a guy that just spawned where u did. trust me guy i know all the ways to keep a game going longer that fags do just to get kills. sabotage hold the bomb to stack killstreaks cuz thats the only way u can win. no its not ive planted the bomb the first 10 seconds and won not hard there K/d fags

@busterbrownation you can get shot and fall to the ground and live depending where u get shot u could throw a axe if it was light enough if u practiced how to throw it. hit detection is a problem with the game. u can actually aim pretty fast. go ask the best shooter in the world to show you how fast he is you'd be surprised. some things in the game aren't realistic and how people play it can make things unrealistic.
