that is just the stock strap that comes on the PAM323. it looks to be one of the Jules Verne straps.

Just cause it's 47mm doesn't mean it'll look big on the wrist. My wrist is only 6.75". You just need to make sure you strap the watch on tight so it doesn't flop around. When it flops around, then it'll look large. There are many people who need to get break their mental barrier that 47mm is "too large". It's perfectly fine for most people once they get their mindset "adjusted" :)
