  • I dis the Diagnostic Test and all checked out fine, but it still won't make ice after that. Please let me know what the issue might be?

  • WOW. Just Do the Diagnostic Test. That's what they should call the video. I was going to call my home warranty to fix my ice maker which was not loading any water for the ice. My control fridge panel resets and checks everything but the ice maker still did not work. I did the easy test in the video and 3 minutes later the ice holder rotated then filled with water. I saved time and the deductible money.
