There are NO contradictions in the bible, if you read the entire scripture that you think is a contridiction then you will find it is NOT. For example, in one book it talks about having 7 loaves of bread and like 2,000 people to be fed. But in another it says this and then it says there were 12 loaves of bread and some 4,000people. There are NO contradictions in the bible, if you read the entire scripture that you think is a contridiction then you will find it is NOT. For example, in one book it talks about having 7 loaves of bread and like 2,000 people to be fed. But in another it says this and then it says there were 12 loaves of bread and some 4,000people. If you read it all you will understand that it is speaking about 2 seperate occasions. Its not absurd to believe the bible but it IS absurd for people to say

Gen1:25-27 humans are created after other animals
Gen2:18-19 humans created before other animals.
That's a contradiction. It comes from two different camps.
The Yahwist and Eulogist camps.

Calling something spiritual or paranormal is a poor excuse to not look into the experience intellectually. There are countless tricks that the brain commonly plays on us including alien encounters. The Bible is nothing more than a half-way reliable historical record of events interpreted within the context of a culturally-specific mythological belief system. When cities fell, when children of kings died, when people survived or did not survive natural disasters, there had to be a cause and the cause was invaribly the 'good' Lord (tho' his goodness was not often apparent). There's all sorts of literature, in our age and in the past, and some of it as old as the Bible (not that age has anthing to do with it) claiming this, that and the other.

The solar system, including the earth of course, was formed about 4.5 billion years ago from the same cloud of material. This has been confirmed hundreds of times by radiometric dating, and in 2002 astrophysicists published a paper in A&A which they used helioseismology to calculate the age of the sun. They obtained an age of 4.5 billion years.

They have a hole in their ufo story big enough to well, fly a mothership/ufo through, and that is...how can it be the difference in dna that makes the difference ? Example; You have a saved brother, and a sinner twin brother, and I'm sure the odds say there IS such a situation, so how could the dna be the big difference ? I'm sad. Has no one wrapped their thoughts around his whole rapture lecture? It contradicts itself.
I am under strong conviction that "The Rapture~ to be taking up by the lord, save the end times test" is not something God will do. It's a prophecy / trap of what can happen to some, that does not know any better. If you listen to his own words... would it not be the "aliens" that took these people up in rapture? What good will come from that. I'm not making a statement... just an observation.
