I've download it and it works but change the Alt-F4 to something else. Not a bad crane, lifted 25 ton without outrigger extended, the Alt-F4 will close the RoR instead of extending the outrigger.

Use ALT GR (The alt key next to your spacebar!:))

For me it works fine!
