It also says a lot about how they'll cope with not winning in the way they react after a mistake.

Some of them desperately try to grab at the lost ball/club/rope etc while other ones walk really gracefully over to what they've dropped like it was all part of the routine!

Those that are desperate and panic when they drop something seem to cope less well than those who aren't fazed by dropping something.

Their body language really does give away a lot of their personality.

I would say it's 90% practice, and 10% luck

to achieve those goals
