  • @PuckHeadFitness I agree with you 100 percent. I've worked out with heavy weights most of my life with great results, but these routines really tap into another level of strength fitness for me. Many of these exercises go against all of my body building training. However, getting my body in all these odd angles activates a whole new muscle response. In real life, not all weights and obstacle are in a fixed, symmetrical position.

  • These are so hard to do. Tried them today and some of these other workouts they did and they are kick ass hard. Massive respect for Mr. Horton!

  • Rings are much harder cause they move! But practice on bar first to get the move down!

  • @PuckHeadFitness Kipping MU is a little harder on rings, but slow no swing no kip MU is easier on rings than it is on straight bar.

    Nice kipping muscle ups by the way, good endurance.
