add on.............. the best thing for me is to do lots of cardio and abb work sit ups and crunches.... martial arts is a great contribution to a great cardio work out...
stacker 2 or 3 are great with the caffine.... i know that diet pills are not the way but they do help to get rid of the addiction... i take it 2 to 3 times a day depending on what time i get up and i only eat 1 to 2 times aday... i drink 8 servings of water aday if not a little more.... stacker is 35 dollars here for 80 pills... it can help fast... i have lost ten pounds in the past week... and that is with out workingout :( really bad sun burn so not a good idea... but i like the results
no calories but lots of carbohydrates -> sugar -> bad for loosing weight...BUT carbohydrates (the good ones..the natural ones,like potatoes,rice,bred etc) are great to build up muscles..but pepsi one..is even worse than the "normal" pepsi that contains sugar.. hey ty ive been doing your Challenge ive been doing 30 lifts long bar 30 each arm on dumb bells and i do jumping 100 times up and down steps like every 2nd step to get the heart rate up and i rotate and i do some side exericses to get rid of them fucking hips you will be dead trust me if not ty one day work out your upper body then lower body you reovcer faster because T read up on it thats why its like a steriod your recovery time is faster and if you work out more it gets the blood flowing
great stuff Ty, here's a tip, try to replace the sugar you get from pepsi with fruit instead. Eventually, if you eat fruit every time you want a pepsi, you will start craving fruit instead of pepsi, and the sugars are healthier for you. good luck!

Diet sodas have a chemical in them that prevent your body from burning fat and slow down your metabolism. it acts as a fat preservative... no good.
